About Steff - Owner and Breeder

“My aim is to provide families with not just a pet, but a fur friend who can offer comfort, companionship, and service.”

Hi there! I'm Steff, and my journey with dogs began as a young girl. My childhood was filled with fond memories of my grandparents' dog, SoSo, a beagle-dachshund mix who lived to be 17. My first very own dog, a silver Cockapoo named Fluffy, was my faithful companion through many life stages, also reaching the grand age of 17.

As life went on, my family and I were blessed with several more fur friends, including Hairy (Shih Tzu), Lincoln (Border Collie), and Jake (Chocolate Lab), each living a full and happy life with us. More recently, Mika, a 2-year-old Goldendoodle, and Nelli, an 18-month-old Spinone Italiano, have joined our family.

A few years ago, as my nest began to empty with my children growing up and Jake nearing the end of his journey, I felt a void. I remembered the comfort a hospice dog brought to my family during a tough time and realized I wanted to make a similar positive impact in the lives of others.

This led me to research breeds that would suit our family and potentially serve as service dogs. My experiences, coupled with witnessing the bond between my Vietnam Veteran uncles and their dogs, deepened my understanding of the healing power of a dog's companionship.

My aim is to provide families with not just a pet, but a fur friend who can offer comfort, companionship, and potentially, service. I am excited to contribute to this vision and to bring the joy of a fur friend into your family.

Yours Truly,
